Shipping & Handling Charges

Delivery Timelines & Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided for your convenience. Obliq Creative is not liable for structural delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, manufacturing bottlenecks, regional transportation disruptions, public holidays, or force majeure events.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Because our pieces feature high-end materials and distinct craftsmanship, customers must inspect all products immediately upon arrival.

If you receive an item that exhibits transit damage, missing components, manufacturing defects, or an incorrect specification, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shrutimisra@obliqcreativeinfo.com with:

  1. Your order or quotation number
  2. Clear, high-resolution photographs of the product issue
  3. Clear photographs of the external and internal packaging
  4. A brief description of the discrepancy

Failure to notify our studio within this 48-hour window may void our ability to process insurance claims or structural remedies.

Installation

Where professional installation services are integrated into your order, scheduling will be coordinated separately between our logistics team and the client.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Obliq Creative, each piece is architecturally designed, frequently made-to-order, or produced in strictly limited quantities. Consequently, we maintain a strict archival sales structure.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This applies to:

  • Made-to-order, bespoke, or commissioned furniture
  • Customized material finishes, fabric choices, or personalized dimensions
  • Ready-to-ship furniture and studio décor
  • Sample sale, archival, or clearance items

We encourage you to review all product descriptions, technical drawings, material finishes, and dimensions carefully prior to purchasing. Our design team is available to assist you with any specifications beforehand.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please submit your claim within 48 hours as outlined in Section 6. Upon validating the claim, Obliq Creative will determine the appropriate solution at our sole discretion, which may include:

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production, material sourcing, or warehouse processing has commenced. Once an item enters production, undergoes custom fabrication, or is prepared for dispatch, the order can no longer be canceled, altered, or refunded.

Refunds

As we maintain a no-return policy, monetary refunds are generally not issued. Approved refunds occur solely if required by law or if Obliq Creative is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen operational limitations. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
