Shruti Misra is an architect by training with a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Her work has consistently explored the relationship between built form, open space, and human movement.

Through years of experience working on public landscapes and outdoor environments, she has developed a strong understanding of how people gather, pause, and move through shared spaces. She believes that outdoor furniture plays a critical role in shaping these experiences, often through precise placement rather than scale.At Obliq Creative, her approach is rooted in the idea that furniture and landscape architecture are interdependent. Furniture must respond to its environment, and the landscape must support how furniture is used.This dialogue between land, object, and human experience guides every design decision. Each piece is conceived as part of a larger spatial narrative rather than as a standalone object.
